Our talent team is building a pipeline of Slot Game Designers and Product Owners who are passionate about creating engaging gaming experiences—from real-money slots and social casino titles to live and casual games.

These roles focus on professionals who understand how to turn creative concepts into high-performing, data-driven products for the global iGaming market. Our clients range from innovative startups to established content providers developing full-cycle gaming products.

Location: Remote opportunities available across Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. Hybrid options may be available depending on the specific client and team location.

Responsibilities

In these Product Owner and Game Designer roles, you will typically:

• Define product vision, game scope, and go-to-market strategy for slot and casino games
• Research gaming markets to identify trends, mechanics, and winning concepts
• Create detailed documentation including game design documents, concepts, and pitches
• Oversee the game development lifecycle from prototype to launch
• Collaborate with production, art, and development teams to ensure unified product vision
• Manage communication and alignment among stakeholders across departments
• Support soft launches, analyze performance results, and refine game features based on data

What We're Looking For

We welcome professionals at various levels—from ambitious Mid-level designers to seasoned Leads—who have:

• Experience in Game Design or Product Ownership within iGaming or Game Development
• Strong understanding of slot or casino game mechanics, game math, RTP, volatility, and player engagement models
• Proven ability to prepare game documentation, concepts, and prototypes
• Full-cycle product management experience from ideation to release
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, and similar platforms
• Experience applying product analytics to support data-driven decisions
• Proactivity, ownership, and consistency in delivery
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend ideas with data
• Team-oriented mindset and constructive collaboration approach
• Genuine passion for gaming and product excellence

Beneficial experience includes:

• Working with other gambling products such as Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, or Crash games
• Understanding of analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
• Experience with A/B testing and post-release game optimization
