About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential veterinary services organization seeking a Bilingual Client Care Agent for a remote position. This role serves as the primary liaison between clinical facilities and their clients through a centralized contact center.

Responsibilities

As a Client Care Agent, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications to meet service levels and appointment booking targets. Your core duties include:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely, professional manner
• Follow established communication protocols to achieve call volume, service level, and booking objectives
• Identify client needs and deliver a seamless customer experience
• Resolve client concerns with respect, empathy, and problem-solving focus
• Build lasting relationships through excellent service and thorough handling of questions and confirmations
• Communicate effectively with all team members across the organization
• Maintain proper medical record standards and uphold patient confidentiality at all times
• Handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
• Demonstrate respect, empathy, and kindness to all clients and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma required
• Language: Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English is a strong asset
• Experience: Previous customer service or client care experience in a veterinary clinic setting is required
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities
• Technical Knowledge: Prior knowledge of medical terminology and practice management systems (VetUp preferred)
• Work Style: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote environment
• Skills: Strong problem-solving capability, time management, and client-focused adaptability
• Interpersonal: Genuine, friendly, and compassionate approach to connecting with people
• Environment: Access to a quiet workspace during working hours with reliable internet connection
