Earn Operations Specialist (Onchain Direction)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cryptocurrency exchange in their search for an Earn Operations Specialist with deep onchain expertise. This Hong Kong-based role sits at the intersection of DeFi product operations and user growth, requiring both technical understanding and campaign execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development teams and external protocol partners to plan and execute user operation campaigns across DeFi products
• Own campaign material preparation, cross-functional coordination, go-to-market execution, and reward distribution processes
• Lead pre-launch testing, product optimization, and GTM initiatives for staking, lending, and liquidity provision features
• Continuously improve product experience in key user flows including staking, redemption, and reward claiming from an operations perspective
• Build data analysis frameworks using AI tools and generate actionable operational insights
• Conduct initial assessments of how new onchain products fit within the existing product suite

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with onchain DeFi products including lending, staking, liquidity pools, and RWA vaults, with strong understanding of yield mechanisms and risk structures
• Strong product operations mindset with ability to contribute to solution design and independently lead user campaign planning and execution
• Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation
• Strong English communication skills with ability to work directly with project teams in Europe and the US
• Solid business development and product communication capabilities
• Preferred: Experience in product or operations roles with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho, Aave, Pendle, or Ethena
• Preferred: Ability to understand basic smart contract logic and use onchain analytics tools such as Dune or Etherscan
