About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global professional services organization in their search for a Senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist with deep expertise in Sourcing and Procurement. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, data-driven transformation, and procurement operations, serving clients across diverse industries with a particular emphasis on complex supply chain environments.

As part of our client's AI and Data practice, you will advise enterprise clients on creating and capturing measurable value from artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. You'll work directly with C-suite stakeholders to define AI roadmaps, build business cases, and lead large-scale implementations that deliver cost savings, supply chain resilience, and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data and AI-led business reinvention across enterprise procurement functions
• Define and structure organizational AI and data strategies to optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage
• Assess maturity of clients' AI and data foundations; define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology blueprints, data strategy, and operating models
• Create business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps to deliver on strategy with measurable outcomes
• Infuse Responsible AI principles in vision and roadmap development
• Design and implement AI-powered Sourcing and Procurement solutions spanning strategic sourcing, category management, supplier risk intelligence, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations
• Lead workstreams and large-scale delivery with minimal oversight, ensuring projects tie to tangible business outcomes
• Engage senior-level stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable insights
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions at scale

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of AI and Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI and Data projects
• Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience with proven ability to lead workstreams, manage large-scale delivery, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations and managing executive stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if no degree; minimum 6 years if associate degree)
• Willingness to travel 0-75% as project needs require

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree
• Engineering problem-solver mindset with ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• Strong program management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial approach with ability to originate deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills; proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and develop strong client relationships
• Experience in technology industries including semiconductors, software, hardware, or electronics manufacturing, with understanding of global supply chains, component sourcing, contract manufacturing, and speed-to-market pressures
• Functional expertise in Sourcing and Procurement with hands-on experience designing AI-enabled procurement operating models, agentic sourcing workflows, intelligent supplier risk monitoring, or autonomous spend analytics solutions
