FP&A Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global software organization seeking an FP&A Manager based in Poland. Our client operates in over 100 countries and serves thousands of customers with sophisticated technology solutions. This is a strategic finance role where you'll partner directly with business leaders to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes across the organization
• Maintain and enhance enterprise FP&A systems and financial models
• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to management and cost center leaders, delivering consolidated data presentations with actionable insights
• Perform in-depth reviews of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Monitor performance versus plan and prior periods, analyzing variances and trends
• Collaborate with business operations and controllership teams to gather performance insights
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
• Identify automation opportunities and coordinate with upstream and downstream departments
• Approve payment requests, ensuring alignment with budgeted amounts
• Prioritize work independently, resolve issues proactively, and meet critical deadlines

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a global or multi-entity environment
• Fluency in written and conversational English is required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
• Proficiency in enterprise-level FP&A tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Hyperion/NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar platforms
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with proven collaboration across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to independently resolve issues and problem-solve while managing multiple priorities
• Capacity to balance meticulous work with urgency on business-critical deliverables
