Position Summary

• Support clients in implementing advanced observability solutions to enhance their systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on observability tools and practices
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in observability

Core Duties

• Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and implement observability solutions
• Configure and optimize monitoring tools to ensure efficient system performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine observability strategies
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues that arise

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, and system performance optimization
• Strong technical skills in a variety of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
