Observability Expansion Specialist

Arctiq is hiring an Observability Expansion Specialist to join us on a full-time basis, based in Remote. This role is central to our mission of expanding monitoring and system visibility across our infrastructure and operations.

Position Summary

We're seeking an Observability Expansion Specialist to lead the growth and enhancement of our observability capabilities. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding how we monitor, measure, and maintain visibility across our systems, infrastructure, and applications. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify monitoring gaps, implement comprehensive observability strategies, and ensure our teams have the data and insights they need to operate effectively.

What You'll Do

• Assess current observability infrastructure and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing strategies
• Evaluate and integrate new observability tools and platforms into our ecosystem
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to define observability requirements
• Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials for observability standards
• Support teams in instrumenting applications and services with appropriate monitoring
• Analyze metrics and logs to identify trends, optimize performance, and resolve operational issues

Who We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with observability platforms and monitoring tools
• Strong background in infrastructure monitoring, application performance, or systems operations
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale observability solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing technical environment
