Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Conseil Data – (H/F) – Paris

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting firm seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Paris office. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will independently manage recruitment for data consulting teams, hiring profiles from Junior to Manager level.

As a strategic partner to operational teams, you will ensure quality hires and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process:

End-to-End Recruitment Management

• Gather and challenge hiring needs with managers
• Define and implement tailored recruitment strategies for each position
• Manage the complete process: sourcing, screening, HR interviews, evaluation coordination, and offer stage
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches and build talent pipelines

Support Operational Teams

• Advise and challenge managers throughout the process to ensure objective, consistent hiring decisions
• Ensure proper application of recruitment processes and evaluation methods
• Maintain a high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and internal teams

Continuous Improvement

• Identify friction points and contribute to process and practice improvements
• Maintain data quality and reliability in the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition team projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within consulting or professional services
• Mastery of full-cycle recruitment with strong sourcing and direct approach expertise
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a recruitment portfolio
• Business partner mindset with the ability to advise and challenge stakeholders
• Strong command of recruitment tools and good level of English
• Experience recruiting data and consulting profiles is highly valued
