Alternant(e) Logistique et Supply Chain (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential aerospace engineering organization seeking an alternance candidate in Supply Chain and Logistics based in Toulouse, France. In this role, you will contribute to the optimization of physical and information flows within the business, working on operational and cross-functional projects alongside Supply Chain teams and various site departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the definition and improvement of inventory calculation and management methods
• Analyzing and adjusting management parameters including safety stock, Kanban systems, supply thresholds, and replenishment flows
• Analyzing inventory levels and identifying optimization opportunities while maintaining service level targets
• Mapping and analyzing logistics and physical flows throughout the facility
• Contributing to the optimization of storage layouts and placement strategies
• Deploying visual management standards and tools across operations
• Identifying sources of waste and proposing improvement actions
• Supporting teams in implementing and sustaining new practices
• Participating in continuous improvement project management within Supply Chain
• Structuring and monitoring action plans, KPIs, and project timelines
• Facilitating working groups across different departments
• Developing and improving Supply Chain performance tracking tools and dashboards
• Automating and ensuring reliability of data systems

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. You should have:

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles and Lean Management methodologies
• Genuine interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
• Comfort with data analysis and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and formulate recommendations
• Capability to structure and manage action plans
• Experience working in project mode and cross-functional environments
• Ability to synthesize analyses into concrete actions
• Sensitivity to operational performance challenges
