Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruitment services organization based in Leipzig. In this internship or working student role, you will:

• Gain practical experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Learn the complete recruitment process from job posting through candidate pre-qualification
• Screen incoming applications, evaluate candidate profiles, and identify suitable candidates for further stages
• Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate conversations

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field—or seeking an internship to gain practical recruiting experience
• Genuine interest in recruiting, HR, and talent acquisition with enthusiasm for working with people
• Strong communication skills and confident presence during phone interviews and conversations
• Structured, reliable work style and willingness to take on responsibility quickly
• German language proficiency required for this role
