Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences – Lille, France

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Core Experiences Team in Lille, France. This is a senior-level position working on foundational services and SDKs that power cross-platform product experiences. You'll work at the intersection of product and infrastructure, designing reliable APIs and systems that directly enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and reduce complexity for faster customer feedback
• Navigate integration and UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams and deliver solutions via cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality to improve loading speed and parsing intelligence through efficient abstractions and algorithm improvements
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin
• Design and maintain foundational services that support multiple platform teams

• Technical requirements:
  • Strong experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (Java experience acceptable but role focuses on Kotlin Multiplatform)
  • Prior experience with GCP is a plus
