Senior Data Consultant (H/F) – CDI – Paris

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization seeking a Senior Data Consultant for their Paris office. In this role, you will lead comprehensive data and AI transformation projects with substantial autonomy.

Strategic Data and AI Leadership:

• Guide C-level executives through data transformation initiatives across marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support, and IT domains
• Lead high-value strategic projects encompassing data and AI strategy, business case development and valuation, data governance and operating models, and use case deployment
• Drive cultural change and adoption around data and AI capabilities

Project Delivery Management:

• Pilot one or multiple project streams end-to-end with full accountability for delivery
• Identify blockers and propose solutions proactively
• Manage project logistics including documentation, meeting notes, and planning
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior team members

Client Deliverable Production:

• Produce presentations autonomously including benchmarks, case studies, workshop materials, and steering committee decks
• Draft compelling storylines and key messages
• Design and deliver impactful presentations
• Facilitate interviews and workshops

Client Relationship Development:

• Build trust-based relationships with clients
• Demonstrate confidence in networking situations
• Identify potential business opportunities

Internal Contributions:

• Develop service offerings, industry expertise, or partnerships
• Participate in recruitment processes by conducting candidate interviews
• Deliver training sessions for new team members
• Support knowledge sharing and content creation

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
• Dual business and data background with strong analytical capabilities
• Passion for data-related topics and technological evolution
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities
• Rigorous and proactive approach to work
• Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office and workshop facilitation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English is mandatory
