About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European consulting firm specializing in data and AI solutions. Our client operates across 23 countries and works with major international corporations in industry, retail, luxury, consumer goods, healthcare, and finance. They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing Data Analytics team in Paris.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact analytics projects for world-class clients while being part of a collaborative technical community of 160+ professionals. You'll have the chance to specialize in your area of expertise or develop broader skills across multiple analytics domains.

Responsibilities

• Frame analytics use cases with business teams, validate data availability, and define appropriate technical approaches
• Design and implement dashboards, data products, and pipelines that drive business decision-making for enterprise clients
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics architectures and data pipelines
• Apply modern analytics engineering practices and promote best practices in data modeling and testing
• Leverage generative AI developments to deliver maximum value for clients
• Extract valuable insights from complex datasets and communicate them in clear, actionable terms
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor for analytics guidance
• Mentor junior data analysts and share best practices through workshops and documentation
• Contribute to internal accelerators and maintain active technology watch

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data-driven environment
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following domains:
  • Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Superset
  • Analytics Engineering: dbt, with experience on BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Marketing Analytics & Measurement: CDP platforms (Treasure Data, Hightouch, Tealium), MMM, attribution, clean rooms
  • Low-Code / No-Code Data Science: Dataiku, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
• Solid foundation in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Git and software engineering fundamentals (versioning, testing, code quality)
• Experience working in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Fluency in English; French language skills are highly beneficial for this Paris-based role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI applied to analytics (conversational data interfaces, AI-assisted BI)
• Exposure to multiple analytics domains listed above
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
