This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, product strategy, and business growth. You'll design and implement data-driven strategies that improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement for digital payment solutions. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex business questions into actionable insights that shape product direction and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to surface key product metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Translate complex product and business questions into clear, actionable insights
  • Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and custom visualization tools
  • Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from data requirements gathering to experiment design and post-launch impact analysis
  • Serve as a collaborative link between technology, business, and product teams
  • Apply advanced statistical modeling techniques including A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning to solve high-impact business problems

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis roles at high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks with strong programming demands (academic projects and internships excluded)
  • Excellent SQL skills, which will be tested during the interview process
  • Practical experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments on digital products (A/B and multivariate tests)
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Demonstrated ability to apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics to deliver product-shaping insights
  • Strong skills in Python with familiarity using Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks
  • Clear, professional spoken and written English

Bonus skills: Experience in product management, marketing analytics, data science, design, or customer success
