Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and introduce value-driven solutions to SMB and mid-market merchants throughout the UK
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to successful close
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding experiences
• Maintain strong pipeline awareness and execute sales activities necessary to meet and exceed targets
• Take a consultative, customer-focused approach to every sales conversation
• Collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to ensure solutions meet unique market needs
• Share successful strategies with your team and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Leverage creative pipeline development strategies based on your prior sales experience

What We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of experience in a closing or 360 account executive role
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of value-selling methodologies
• Experience or genuine interest in serving small and medium-sized business clients
• Structured thinking with ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers effectively
• Skill in gathering support from internal experts and external partners for competitive positioning
• Authentic curiosity about people and business, with ability to inspire passion in others
• Commitment to seeking and implementing feedback to continuously improve your craft
• Tenacity and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic situations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across email and phone channels
• Ability to drive deals independently while maintaining a team-player mentality
• Business development experience including hunting and cold calling
• Prior Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
