Our client provides smart infrastructure solutions to local authorities and has successfully deployed across 200+ municipalities in continental Europe. They're now establishing UK operations with their first councils signed and initial deployments complete.

We're seeking a CCTV Project Supervisor to lead field delivery, coordinate installation partners, and provide technical support for council clients across the UK. This is a founding team position based in London with regular regional travel—ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, partner coordination, and building something from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of CCTV installations across council sites, from kick-off through commissioning to handover
• Configure and commission camera units to meet each local authority's specific requirements
• Train and certify installation partners on equipment deployment and maintenance standards
• Act as the primary interface between installation partners and headquarters, coordinating schedules and escalations
• Serve as named technical point of contact for council clients, triaging and resolving issues within SLAs
• Conduct site surveys to validate camera specifications and installation locations
• Produce execution documentation for installers and coordinate spares/replacements to minimise downtime
• Manage stock levels, maintain accurate project records, and produce regular progress reports
• Travel regularly across UK regions to support deployments and partner activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years in technical delivery or field operations, ideally within public sector or similarly complex environments
• Proven track record deploying and commissioning hardware or camera systems
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while keeping stakeholders informed
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of electrical systems and outdoor installations is highly valued
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Full UK driving licence required for site travel
• Full working proficiency in English

Bonus qualifications: Familiarity with CCTV or EV charging infrastructure; experience working with UK local authorities or in B2G environments.
