Responsibilities

We are representing a well-funded technology company operating at the intersection of AI and digital commerce. As their first full-cycle Account Executive focused on brand partnerships, you will be responsible for building and scaling their commercial engine from the ground up.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Own the complete sales cycle with brand clients: prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build and maintain your own pipeline from scratch, with disciplined tracking of every opportunity and clear next steps
• Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets in a fast-moving market
• Develop outbound sales playbooks including sequences, messaging frameworks, and qualification criteria alongside sales leadership
• Leverage AI tools to automate research, outreach, and follow-up processes
• Provide critical market intelligence back to the commercial and product teams, including client needs, pricing feedback, and common objections

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 2-7 years of experience in sales or business development within media, adtech, digital marketing, marketplace, or e-commerce sectors
• Proven track record of personally managing B2B sales cycles from initial contact through contract signature—SDR or meeting-setting roles alone do not qualify
• Strong quantitative mindset: you manage your business by metrics and can discuss your quota attainment and sales cycle length without hesitation
• Active user of AI tools in your sales workflow with demonstrated experience automating sales processes
• Professional-level English fluency
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris for on-site work

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience selling to brand-side marketing or e-commerce decision-makers
• Fluency with digital advertising metrics including CPM, CPC, and ROAS
• Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems
• Previous startup or scale-up experience
