Praktikant*in Brand & Product Marketing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy software organization seeking an intern for Brand & Product Marketing in Berlin. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, translating complex technology into clear messaging and building impactful content.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Researching topics, writing copy, and developing stories for website, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies from initial draft to publication
• Building product marketing foundations by working with product and sales teams to translate features into positioning, messaging, and content that strengthens brand presence and generates leads
• Planning, creating, and publishing social media posts on LinkedIn and other channels while managing community engagement and monitoring
• Producing authentic photos and videos of team members, products, and clients on location with speed and creativity
• Supporting preparation and execution of trade show and event presence
• Measuring content performance, deriving insights, testing new formats, and contributing original ideas while leveraging AI tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (current or completed) in Communications, Business, Engineering, or a comparable field; ideally top 20% at a leading university or business school, or clear evidence of excellence such as awards, competitions, personal projects, or published work
• Previous internships or working student roles in high-performance environments such as high-growth startups/scaleups, agencies with demanding clients, consulting, or comparable intensive settings
• Genuine ambition to build product and content marketing, not just complete tasks—you want to own projects end-to-end and deliver visible results
• Strong writing skills in both German and English, with ability to transform technical complexity into clear, compelling messages
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools, SEO fundamentals, ideally HubSpot, and confident use of AI tools
• Team-oriented approach with low ego and reliable execution—you identify, prioritize, and complete tasks independently
• Interest in energy, climate, and B2B software
• Availability for full-time internship of at least 4 months
• Authorization to work in Germany
