About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking an Analyst to support Learning and Organizational Development and Change Management initiatives. In this entry-level role, you will help teams navigate organizational change by supporting the development and delivery of change management plans for projects with moderate people impacts. You will assist with creating educational content, delivering training to technical audiences, and participating in structured change approaches.
Responsibilities
- Assist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision
- Provide support for course development efforts, including research and content review
- Help maintain teaching materials and lab exercises
- Assist with updates for curricula and supporting collateral
- Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops
- Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development
- Address the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments
- Apply organizational policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year proven experience in learning, training, or organizational development
- Ability to work on problems of limited scope and receive detailed instructions
- Interest in learning principles and change management methodologies
- Strong communication skills for working with technical audiences
- Individual contributor mindset with collaborative abilities
