About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Manager to lead implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP systems. This is a leadership role based in India, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive efficient processes across finance and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain to gather and translate requirements
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ERP systems
- Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants
- Drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous system enhancements
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP solutions
- 2–4 years of experience leading ERP projects or managing teams
- Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Basic understanding of SQL, integrations, and APIs
- Exposure to data migration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle ERP Cloud certifications
- HCM experience
- Experience working with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain business processes
