Our talent team is representing a well-funded fintech platform serving Southeast Asia. This organization has built mobile-first financial products used by millions across the region and is expanding its suite of consumer finance tools with support from AI-driven innovation.

We're seeking a Lead, Strategy to join their Malaysia office in a hybrid capacity. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business development—driving the highest-impact initiatives as the company scales. You'll work directly with leadership to solve complex problems, build new capabilities, and execute across functions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the business
• Partner with leadership to solve product and operational challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities to support company growth
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes

Location: Malaysia (hybrid—minimum 3 days per week in office)
