(fluent Ukrainian and English) Junior Content Writer (Ukraine)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential international BPO organization, is seeking a Junior Content Writer fluent in Ukrainian and English to support their marketing initiatives across Ukraine. In this role, you will:

• Write SEO-optimized blog posts from scratch based on detailed content briefs provided by the marketing team
• Update and optimize existing landing pages by expanding content and implementing relevant keywords
• Proofread and edit guest posts, company descriptions, LinkedIn ads, PPC copy, and other marketing materials to maintain brand consistency
• Request visuals from the design team and proofread image copy for grammar and spelling accuracy
• Create engaging content for platforms like Quora to increase brand awareness and visibility
• Write newsletters promoting new services, company updates, and special offers
• Upload, format, and publish blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and images in WordPress
• Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders across the organization to gather information and deliver high-quality content

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is identifying candidates with:

• Fluent English and Ukrainian language skills, with excellent written communication abilities
• At least 6 months of experience in website copywriting and editing
• Ability to write and adapt content according to established brand voice guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, business-driven environment
• Creative thinking, curiosity, and a proactive approach to content creation
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with different stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Experience implementing SEO recommendations, including keyword optimization in website copy
