Voice Actor – Freelance AI Trainer Project

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking an experienced voice actor to contribute to cutting-edge speech model development. This remote freelance role puts your vocal expertise at the forefront of training next-generation voice AI systems used across education, entertainment, accessibility, and consumer applications.

As a voice acting professional on this project, you'll record scripted material, evaluate AI-generated speech outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression. Your work directly shapes how millions of users will experience AI-powered voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality scripted voice samples for AI training datasets
• Assess AI-generated speech outputs for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and emotional authenticity
• Annotate errors and inconsistencies in voice model outputs
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines
• Bring nuance, clarity, and professional vocal technique to all training materials

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work at a senior level
• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills
• High-quality home recording setup including a reliable microphone and acoustically treated or quiet recording environment
• Stable internet connection and secure computer equipment
• Ability to work independently as a contractor on a freelance basis
