About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a well-established radiology practice seeking Remote Emergency Radiologists for evening shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for board-eligible or board-certified radiologists who prefer later hours and want the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
The role offers a flexible rotation schedule—either 1 week on/2 weeks off, or a rotating pattern of 2 weeks out of every 5. Shifts run from 3pm to 12am Eastern Time, allowing you to design a work-life balance that suits your needs while focusing on emergency and diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities
- Interpret emergency and diagnostic radiology images remotely during evening hours (3pm-12am ET)
- Deliver timely, high-quality diagnostic reads to support hospital emergency departments
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare facilities across multiple locations
- Maintain board certification and participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Optional: pursue elective moonlighting opportunities during off-rotation periods
What We're Looking For
- Completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program
- Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Fellowship training is welcomed but not required
- Strong interpretive skills in emergency radiology
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clinical teams
- Must be able to work legally in the United States

Pay
Compensation for this role is productivity-based and varies with schedule commitment and clinical output. Our client reports that annual earnings typically range from approximately $310,000 to $1,000,000, with higher compensation achieved by radiologists working full-time schedules with strong productivity.
