About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential U.S.-based consulting organization that specializes in helping consumer brands scale profitably through financial strategy and operational excellence. We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to join their fully remote team. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Argentina.

As Business Operations Lead, you will partner directly with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects, streamline client-facing processes, and solve day-to-day operational challenges. You'll play a key role in shaping how the firm onboards clients, manages partnerships, and delivers strategic value.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize the client onboarding process to ensure efficiency and a seamless experience
• Organize and develop partnership programs, maintaining structured alliance relationships
• Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing and interview coordination
• Resolve operational issues such as obtaining required documentation from clients and ensuring cross-team alignment on client needs
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal operations and service delivery
• Research and evaluate new tools and software to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Partner closely with leadership to manage workload and keep strategic initiatives on track

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, finance, or operations roles, ideally with consumer brand or startup experience
• Proven project management skills with a track record of implementing successful operational changes
• Financial acumen including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
