About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential financial services organization in their search for a Sr. Business Continuity Analyst. Our client is building out their resiliency and oversight capabilities, and this role will be instrumental in strengthening business continuity programs across their investment operations ecosystem. You'll work with a global team to enhance preparedness, manage supplier resilience, and drive strategic initiatives that protect critical business functions.
Responsibilities
- Advance business continuity and resiliency strategies across investment management operations
- Strengthen business continuity capabilities and frameworks within the organization
- Oversee and enhance supplier resilience programs for critical service providers and counterparties
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess, test, and improve recovery capabilities
- Develop and maintain continuity plans, risk assessments, and recovery procedures
- Coordinate business continuity exercises, simulations, and tabletop exercises
- Monitor and report on resilience metrics and key risk indicators
- Support regulatory compliance and audit activities related to business continuity
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management
- Strong background in financial services operations, particularly investment management or fund operations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business continuity frameworks and strategies
- Experience managing third-party and supplier resilience programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizational structures
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, or similar are valued
