Supervisor, Security Compliance

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aviation authority managing a major hub facility. Our client is seeking a Supervisor, Security Compliance to lead daily operations of the Security Compliance team on an assigned shift. This role oversees compliance with airport security programs, regulatory requirements, and operational policies to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and supervision of Security Compliance Specialists on assigned shift
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Airport Security Program (ASP), security policies, and federal regulations
• Oversee security compliance activities and coordinate with multiple departments
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of security processes and procedures
• Review and evaluate security agreements and operational protocols
• Lead team performance management and professional development initiatives
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate appropriate response measures

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security compliance or airport operations
• Strong knowledge of TSA regulations and Airport Security Program requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and oversee shift operations
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to pass background checks and security clearances required for airport badging
