About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global consumer products organization in their search for a Senior IT Site Engineer. Our client develops innovative lifestyle solutions and maintains a strong technology infrastructure to support their operations across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of site-level technology systems and provide critical support to business operations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site IT point of contact, managing day-to-day technology operations and infrastructure
• Support and maintain local IT systems, including networks, servers, workstations, and peripheral equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Coordinate with corporate IT teams and vendors to implement technology projects and upgrades
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
• Provide technical support and training to end users across various departments
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and security standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, site engineering, or infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Windows and network administration
• Experience with enterprise IT systems, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Solid understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and wireless systems
• Hardware troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support as needed
