About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential government services organization seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Change Management. This is a 100% remote position supporting multiple Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) initiatives within a dedicated Change Management Office.
Important: The selected candidate must be able to pick up equipment in person from the Richmond, VA office at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple DDI initiatives across the organization's change management function
- Partner with project teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Document business requirements and translate them into actionable change plans
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and gather feedback throughout implementation cycles
- Track and report on change adoption metrics and initiative progress
- Create communication materials and training documentation to support organizational transitions
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level business analysis experience (Business Analyst 4 equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a remote environment
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities
- Experience supporting government or large enterprise DDI projects preferred
- Must be able to travel to Richmond, VA for initial equipment pickup
