Director, Global Security Technology (Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global healthcare technology organization in their search for a Director, Global Security Technology. This fully remote role offers the chance to lead enterprise-wide security technology strategy and operations for a multinational company with significant digital transformation initiatives.

Our client seeks a strategic technology leader who can architect and oversee a sophisticated portfolio of physical security platforms while building a center of excellence that supports business continuity and risk management across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy, architecture, and operating model for enterprise physical security technology platforms
• Establish and direct a Technology Security Center of Excellence to drive consistency and innovation
• Ensure security technology platforms are scalable, resilient, and fully integrated with business operations
• Align physical security capabilities with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise risk management frameworks
• Oversee technology vendor relationships, platform implementations, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leadership to support global facilities and personnel protection
• Develop standards, governance models, and performance metrics for security technology investments

What We're Looking For

• Proven director-level experience leading enterprise physical security technology programs in global organizations
• Deep expertise in security platform architecture including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security management systems
• Strong understanding of technology operations, vendor management, and center of excellence frameworks
• Experience supporting digital transformation and aligning security technology with business objectives
• Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while managing global teams and initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred; relevant certifications (PSP, CPP, CISSP) are advantageous
