Nuestro equipo de talento está representando a un cliente confidencial del sector bancario en España que busca un Arquitecto de Plataforma. En este rol, diseñarás y evolucionarás la plataforma de ingeniería interna como producto, habilitando a los equipos a entregar software e infraestructura de forma coordinada, autónoma, segura y eficiente en un entorno híbrido que abarca estrategia multicloud, on-prem y Mainframe.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y evolucionar la plataforma de ingeniería interna orientada al autoservicio (Internal Developer Platform)
- Diseñar pipelines CI/CD con integración de controles de seguridad y calidad (SSDLC)
- Automatizar el ciclo de vida de infraestructura mediante código (IaC) en entornos híbridos
- Gestionar Kubernetes y ecosistema de contenedores: despliegue, ciclo de vida, seguridad y networking
- Diseñar y documentar arquitectura técnica
- Tomar decisiones técnicas durante la fase de construcción y asegurar coherencia entre diseño e implementación
- Crear abstracciones que oculten complejidad sin perder control
- Comunicar claramente con todos los equipos de tecnología
Lo Que Buscamos
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia consolidada en roles de arquitectura técnica
- Experiencia demostrada y profunda en al menos uno de los entornos: on-prem (VMware, Kubernetes on-prem) o cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), con comprensión del modelo híbrido
- Experiencia en diseño e implantación de plataformas de desarrollo orientadas al autoservicio
- Experiencia sólida en diseño de pipelines CI/CD y automatización IaC
- Conocimiento profundo de Kubernetes y ecosistema de contenedores
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos complejos
- Implicación directa en la fase de construcción con responsabilidad sobre coherencia arquitectónica
- Comprensión del entorno regulatorio bancario aplicable al dominio
- Orientación al producto interno: capacidad de tratar la plataforma como producto con usuarios reales
- Empatía con equipos de desarrollo: diseño enfocado en reducir fricción y carga cognitiva
