About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional networking platform operating across 140 countries. Our client is a lean, product-focused organization rethinking how professionals connect and collaborate online. They're seeking their first full-time UX/UI Designer to join a tight-knit product team and take ownership of design across multiple product areas.

This is a remote, full-time position with flexible geography. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers, shaping problems from discovery through to production-ready implementation.

Responsibilities

• Join product discussions at the earliest stages and help frame problems before moving to screens
• Design end-to-end flows for communication between professionals and organizations
• Work across onboarding, profile systems, discovery features, paywalls, and other core product surfaces
• Create production-ready designs that account for key states, edge cases, and implementation details
• Extend and maintain a consistent UI kit across multiple products
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation and iterate based on real-world feedback
• Reduce the need for rework cycles by delivering complete, considered design solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong UI craft with a portfolio demonstrating clear, thoughtful web product interfaces
• Significant experience designing for web platforms (this is the primary medium)
• The ability to articulate design decisions through user context and evidence rather than personal preference
• Openness to feedback and the willingness to change direction when presented with stronger reasoning
• Proven track record owning design from ambiguous problems through to production launch
• Comfort working autonomously in a small, product-driven company
• Experience in a startup environment, early-stage product role, or as a founding designer is valuable
• Practical approach to AI tools; workflow includes Figma handoff and prototyping (production code not required)
• English at B1 level or higher, fluent Russian required
