WEG-Verwalter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential property management organization in Berlin that is seeking a WEG Property Administrator. In this role, you will:

• Independently manage residential properties under condominium ownership (WEG) as part of a dedicated commercial administration team
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on owners' meetings using modern digital tools and property management software
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team on annual statements and budget planning
• Coordinate and oversee minor repair orders in partnership with the technical team
• Conduct property inspections as needed to maintain accurate on-site knowledge

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed training as Immobilienkaufmann/-frau or several years of proven experience in property administration
• Strong knowledge of WEG (Condominium) and rental law in Germany
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative and strong customer service focus
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Excellent German language skills at minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
