Junior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) | München

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in Munich who is building their Customer Success function from the ground up. This is a structured development role: you'll start in operational support to master the product and processes, then grow into owning B2B client relationships over approximately 12 months.

This isn't a typical support role—it's a deliberate pathway into Customer Success Management for someone who wants to deeply understand cloud software and take ownership of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 (~12 months): Product Mastery

• Handle 1st and 2nd level support requests with structure and focus on solutions
• Become an expert in the client's cloud-based platform for fleet management and mobility solutions
• Learn customer workflows, pain points, and business processes in detail

Phase 2: Customer Success Ownership

• Gradually take responsibility for existing B2B accounts
• Lead client onboarding sessions and training
• Identify optimization opportunities and support strategic account development
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize product value

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in support, SaaS environments, or customer-facing roles
• Technical aptitude and genuine interest in understanding software in depth
• Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Motivation to develop long-term toward Customer Success Management
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich

The role is hybrid with three days per week onsite in Munich. Onboarding will be conducted fully in-person.
