Customer Success Manager – Agriculture

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential agtech organization based in Berlin that is transforming how food and beverage enterprises measure and reduce farm-level emissions. Our client works with major European companies to collect primary data at scale and drive meaningful climate impact across agricultural supply chains.

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager with agricultural expertise to own client relationships, drive platform adoption, and ensure successful project delivery from onboarding through reduction readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined customer portfolio as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, data collection, verification, reporting, and reduction planning milestones
• Plan and execute end-to-end customer projects, driving primary data coverage at scale through increased user engagement and data completion while maintaining high quality standards
• Serve as first-line support for agricultural users when needed, ensuring farmers and farm-facing stakeholders successfully engage with the platform
• Design and deliver farmer-facing enablement programs, including digital webinars to drive participation, improve data quality, and build trust with agricultural communities
• Collaborate with account management teams to relay customer feedback and build trust-based relationships that support retention and advocacy
• Partner with product teams to translate agricultural and agronomic expertise into actionable product improvements and clear farmer-facing guidance

What We're Looking For

• Agricultural background through practical farm experience, agricultural studies, or prior work with agricultural users (advisors, cooperatives, or similar)
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with ability to thrive in fast-changing, early-stage environments while managing multiple priorities
• Experience in Customer Success, Operations, or similar fast-paced roles supporting or executing customer-facing processes
• People-centric mindset with empathy, strong communication skills, and ability to balance customer outcomes with business priorities
• Comfortable working with data in Excel and digital platforms with a focus on completeness and accuracy
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages (Polish, French, Portuguese, Spanish) are a strong advantage
• Willing to work from the Berlin office five days per week
