(Senior) Account Manager – Nachhaltigkeit

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential climate technology company based in Berlin. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive customer success and adoption of their enterprise sustainability platform. This role requires presence in the Berlin office and fluency in both German and English.

Our client works with major food and beverage enterprises across Europe, helping them measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint through software solutions. As Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, driving retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
• Drive annual contract value growth through upsell opportunities and renewal negotiations
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers on sustainability topics, coordinating internal expertise to deliver actionable guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sustainability managers, farm technicians, and other stakeholders
• Expand platform adoption across new regions, teams, and decision-makers within global enterprises
• Guide users through data collection processes and ensure high data quality standards
• Translate platform impact into tangible business value for economic buyers
• Represent customer voice internally and provide input for product development priorities
• Onboard new users to the platform and support their progress toward sustainability goals

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, consulting, or startup/scale-up environments
• Proven track record building and nurturing strong client relationships end-to-end
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with ability to thrive in fast-changing, early-stage environments
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• People-centric and proactive communication style with empathy and approachability
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
• Strong English language skills (C1+ level)
• Alignment with sustainability and climate action goals
