Retail Sales Associate

Aaamidatlantic is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Cromwell, CT to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Aaamidatlantic, you'll be the face of our business—helping customers find what they need, answering questions, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. You'll work on the sales floor, at the register, and throughout the store, combining genuine product knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to exceed customer expectations and contribute to team sales goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchase decisions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive informed buying choices
• Process transactions at the register with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain store appearance, including organizing merchandise displays and keeping shelves well-stocked
• Answer customer inquiries about inventory, pricing, and store policies
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy periods
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance with all store policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and solving problems
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
