Av-Systemintegrator (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media technology organization in Regensburg seeking an AV Systems Integrator to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Commission and deploy professional AV systems in corporate and educational environments
• Integrate audio, video, presentation, conferencing, and unified communications solutions
• Install and cable displays, projectors, LED systems, audio equipment, and rack solutions
• Configure and parameterize network components within AV environments
• Set up media control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS
• Create and customize user interfaces and control functions
• Perform pre-configuration and in-house system testing
• Configure remote monitoring and management solutions
• Deploy and support digital signage installations
• Conduct functional testing and acceptance procedures
• Deliver client training and system orientation sessions
• Execute customer projects according to technical specifications and planning requirements
• Produce technical documentation for installations

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician, event technology specialist, or comparable technical qualification (career changers welcome)
• Knowledge of audio, video, and media technology
• Basic to strong understanding of network technology including TCP/IP, VLAN, PoE, and switching
• Understanding of AV signal paths and signal management
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar UC systems is advantageous
• Familiarity with AV-over-IP technologies such as Dante or NDI is desirable
• Experience with media control platforms like Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS is ideal
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and commitment
