About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing agency based in Nuremberg that delivers social media, video production, photography, and online campaigns for diverse clients. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/w/d) to lead client projects from planning through successful delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of client relationships, creative production, and team coordination. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects, serve as a trusted client advisor, and ensure seamless execution across social media campaigns, content productions, and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for agency clients, including social media projects, video productions, photography shoots, and online marketing campaigns
• Serve as primary client contact, conducting regular meetings and translating business objectives into actionable project requirements
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and priorities across multiple simultaneous client engagements
• Support selected video and photo productions on-site, coordinating workflows and ensuring client requirements are met
• Act as liaison between clients and internal creative teams (social media managers, videographers, photographers)
• Manage projects using project management software (experience with Awork, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar platforms required)
• Leverage AI tools to optimize both client deliverables and internal processes, exploring new capabilities to improve efficiency
• Consolidate feedback, approvals, and communications, distributing information clearly to all stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Prior agency experience in marketing, social media, digital, content, or comparable agency environment required
• Practical experience and solid understanding of social media, content production, and online campaigns—you should understand how quality projects are planned and executed in these areas
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, set priorities, and maintain oversight when multiple deliverables converge
• Strong stress tolerance and ability to perform under pressure, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; ability to communicate professionally with clients and create clear internal briefs
• Self-directed and proactive approach—you identify next steps, surface issues early, and take ownership of your projects
• Genuine interest in marketing, media, and digital communication beyond immediate job responsibilities
• Openness to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and willingness to explore how they can enhance results and efficiency
• Experience with project management platforms required
