About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fashion brand based in Berlin that is seeking a talented Visual Content Creator / Multimedia Designer to join their team on a part-time basis. In this position, you will shape how the brand appears visually across digital channels. You'll create content for their online shop, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns—from initial concept through shooting to final post-production. This role combines photography, videography, and graphic design, giving you the opportunity to actively influence and evolve the brand's visual language.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute product and lifestyle photography and videography shoots for e-commerce, social media, and campaign use
• Edit and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, as well as premium brand and product videos
• Design digital advertising materials, social media assets, newsletter graphics, and print materials while maintaining brand identity
• Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for content strategies and campaigns
• Introduce fresh perspectives, trends, and innovative ideas to continuously develop the visual language in collaboration with the team

What We're Looking For

• Completed training, degree, or comparable practical experience in media, design, photography, film, or content creation
• Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop and ideally other Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Proven experience in photography and videography with strong understanding of composition, lighting, and aesthetics
• Experience in video editing and post-production, particularly for short-form content
• Enthusiasm for fashion, design, social media, and visual communication
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent German language skills and willingness to work hybrid in Berlin
