Wir vertreten einen etablierten Medientechnik-Dienstleister in Regensburg und suchen einen motivierten AV-Service- und Supporttechniker (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
In dieser Rolle werden Sie:
- Störungen an audiovisuellen Komplettsystemen beheben – sowohl vor Ort beim Kunden als auch per Fernzugriff
- Proaktive Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an medientechnischen Anlagen durchführen
- Remote-Monitoring-Lösungen überwachen und bei Bedarf per Remote-Management eingreifen
- Als technischer Ansprechpartner bei Servicefällen fungieren
- System- und Firmware-Updates durchführen
- Serviceberichte erstellen und Systemanalysen zur Problemidentifikation vornehmen
- Reklamationsabwicklungen gegenüber Kunden sowie Lieferanten koordinieren und begleiten
- AV-Systeme überprüfen, reparieren und pflegen
- Bei Inbetriebnahmen und Umbauten unterstützen
Was wir suchen
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit AV- und Konferenzsystemen
- Handwerkliches Geschick und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Systemelektroniker, Veranstaltungstechniker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Technikbegeisterung und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Engagement
