Nutrition Content & Community Specialist (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential nutrition and wellness organization based in Karben, Germany, seeking a Nutrition Content & Community Specialist to build and nurture an engaged community while creating science-based nutritional content.

This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to shape how consumers understand everyday nutrition through clear communication and authentic community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create accessible, scientifically sound content on nutrition topics for everyday audiences
• Develop product education materials explaining ingredients, nutritional values, preparation methods, and usage guidance
• Write and maintain website copy, landing pages, product pages, and blog articles
• Build a community from the ground up—recruit members, facilitate meaningful exchanges, and drive engagement
• Moderate discussions and respond to nutrition and product questions from community members
• Analyze customer feedback and initiate concrete improvements based on insights
• Provide expert support for social media posts, video scripts, Q&A formats, and creator briefs
• Collaborate with brand growth, digital marketing, and product teams to align messaging and priorities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Degree in nutritional science, nutrition and food science (Ökotrophologie), or comparable qualification
• Experience in nutrition or product communication, ideally in food or direct-to-consumer environments
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly
• Interest in community building with intuition for customer needs
• Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach
• Passion for nutrition combined with scientific rigor
• Team-oriented, hands-on, and flexible mindset
• German language proficiency required for content creation

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with social media and digital dialogue formats
• Knowledge of food communication standards and approval processes
• Experience analyzing and acting on customer feedback
