About the Role

Weareeverise is seeking an experienced Events Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate events, conferences, and experiential initiatives. You'll take ownership of event portfolios from conception through completion, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and creative vision. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on event management, ensuring every event aligns with organizational goals and exceeds attendee expectations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies across multiple event types and formats
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, catering, technology, and production
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors, sponsors, and partners
• Build and oversee event budgets, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Design creative concepts and themes that reflect brand values and engage target audiences
• Measure event success through post-event analytics and attendee feedback
• Represent Weareeverise at industry events and build strategic partnerships

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional event management or event planning experience
• Proven track record organizing and executing large-scale events
• Strong project management, budget oversight, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with stakeholders at all levels
• Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure and manages competing priorities
• Proficiency with event management software and digital collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
