Sales Representative (Seattle, WA)

VWR is hiring a Sales Representative in Seattle, WA to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. This full-time position offers the opportunity to leverage your consultative selling skills while supporting customers across multiple locations.

Position Summary

VWR seeks a motivated Sales Representative to expand our customer base and revenue pipeline in the Seattle area. In this full-time role, you will own territory development, manage client accounts, and work toward hitting sales targets while partnering with our broader sales organization to deliver solutions that address real customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
• Nurture and grow existing customer accounts, uncover upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
• Create accurate sales proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation
• Maintain complete and timely records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM
• Represent VWR professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in a sales, business development, or related customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and work independently
• Self-directed with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
