About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential wellness coaching organization based in Latin America. Our client runs a transformative group coaching academy and needs a self-driven Operations Manager to take full ownership of their backend operations. This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring C1 English fluency and availability Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST (with occasional extended hours and brief weekend social media check-ins).

This role is for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in running tight operations and takes personal pride in being the reason everything works seamlessly. You'll be working with established SOPs, templates, and video tutorials—what sets exceptional candidates apart is the ability to execute with precision and catch small issues before they escalate.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client operations including onboarding, system access, offboarding, and membership administration
• Handle payment processing, monitor failed transactions, process disputes, manage cancellations, and escalate issues appropriately
• Schedule and quality-check all content including emails, community posts, and social media; audit for accuracy before publication
• Provide community support by monitoring and responding to client messages and direct communications
• Support podcast and video production through editing, uploading, and publishing weekly episodes across multiple platforms
• Conduct applicant outreach by reviewing applications and sending text-based communications following specific qualification criteria
• Prepare weekly payment reports, track performance metrics, and deliver daily status updates to leadership
• Maintain accuracy across operational platforms including project management tools, databases, and communication systems

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• C1 English proficiency—you will be speaking strictly in English throughout your work hours
• Proven track record in operations, online business management, virtual assistance, or executive assistant roles with demonstrated independence
• Experience strictly following detailed SOPs in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Gmail and hands-on payment processing experience (Stripe experience strongly preferred)

• Genuine curiosity about why processes exist, not just how to complete tasks
