Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare services organization seeking a bilingual Customer Support Representative to work remotely. In this call center role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patient support programs, handling inbound and outbound communications with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing telephone, email, and web-based support to patients, pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment best practices and product inquiries
• Delivering patient counseling and adherence support in accordance with program requirements
• Managing advanced reimbursement navigation and administrative services, including facilitating drug plan authorization forms and appeals
• Conducting financial means testing for patients within designated support programs
• Coordinating program logistics with stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes
• Managing call queues and retrieving voice messages according to established policies
• Reporting adverse events or drug reactions within required timeframes
• Reviewing exceptional patient assistance cases and communicating with stakeholders as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all transactions and processes

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who are:

• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory requirement)
• Available to work various shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Atlantic Time, Monday through Friday
• Experienced with a minimum of 1 year in relevant fields; backgrounds in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, specialty pharma, or call centers are highly valued
• Knowledgeable about health insurance, health plan coverage, pharmacy transactions, and claims review
• Proficient with computer environments and programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Skilled in telecommunication with an advanced ability to establish rapport by telephone
• Strong communicators with excellent telephone etiquette and attention to detail
• Organized with excellent time management abilities to meet client deadlines
• Capable of coordinating multiple patient services to ensure timely access to therapy
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
• Able to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment

A university degree is preferred but not required.
