Sr. National Training Manager – Patient Services Access and Reimbursement Team

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization in their search for a Senior National Training Manager to lead learning initiatives for their Patient Services Access and Reimbursement team. This role focuses on designing and delivering compliant, performance-driven training solutions for field reimbursement professionals across the United States.

As the training leader for this access-focused organization, you'll build practical learning programs that strengthen field team effectiveness, cultivate stakeholder partnerships across therapeutic franchises, and mentor emerging trainers within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions that increase participant effectiveness and credibility in access and reimbursement roles
• Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, feedback, and strong working partnerships across Learning and Development, Therapeutic Business Units, and Franchise Marketing
• Leverage existing learning platforms and franchise content to create efficient, consistent training experiences
• Provide candid, actionable verbal and written feedback to training participants, identifying strengths, development opportunities, and performance improvement plans
• Assess participant skill levels and adjust coaching and training techniques to meet individual learning needs
• Develop Guest Trainers and Regional Field Trainers by assigning meaningful roles during foundational and ongoing learning programs
• Apply knowledge of business strategies and priorities to integrate training activities into franchise team business plans
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and support special projects within the training organization
• Mentor other National Training Managers and cultivate positive peer relationships through teamwork and leadership
• Execute responsibilities with limited guidance from senior leadership

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Three or more years of pharmaceutical field experience as an Account Executive or Field Reimbursement Manager with extensive knowledge of the access and reimbursement landscape, or comparable training experience
• Understanding of adult learning principles and proven experience developing content using core learning platforms (PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, iSpring)
• Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact
• High-performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial pharmaceutical organization
• Demonstrated ability to partner with individuals at all levels of management and align training with business strategy
• Proven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that strengthen competitive advantage

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working within and using a learning management system (LMS)
• Prior sales, training, or access and reimbursement experience in the Migraine or Psychiatry therapeutic areas
• Knowledge and understanding of basic AI principles to improve training efficiency and content creation
• Knowledge of and exposure to health sciences, market access, and account management
