(Senior) SEO & Onsite Manager (befristet, Elternzeitvertretung) (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B e-commerce organization seeking a (Senior) SEO & Onsite Manager for a fixed-term parental leave cover in Hamburg. In this role, you will drive organic visibility and optimize the client's DACH region online shops.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Implementing on-page and technical SEO measures, including regular audits
• Advancing visibility in generative search systems and large language models
• Optimizing category, product, and content pages as well as blog and guide content for both traditional and generative search
• Conducting keyword and topic research as the foundation for new content
• Continuously optimizing shop navigation, internal linking, and site structure
• Managing and updating seasonal campaigns, banners, and promotional areas within the shops
• Analyzing SEO and e-commerce KPIs, measuring impact on traffic and conversions
• Collaborating closely with tech teams, marketing, and external service providers

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in SEO and e-commerce, ideally in B2B environments
• Confident use of SEO and analytics tools, shop systems, and basic HTML knowledge
• Analytical thinking with strong understanding of data, conversion optimization, and digital marketing
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement independently
• German language skills at C2 level and good English (B2 level)
• Experience identifying SEO opportunities and measuring their impact on traffic and conversions
