Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead positioning and go-to-market strategy for their performance management solutions. This is a strategic role based in Germany that will shape how customers and industry analysts understand our client's platform.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive product marketing initiatives across the full lifecycle:

• Lead cross-functional product launches, developing multi-channel plans that ensure internal readiness and strong market activation
• Shape company and product positioning based on market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends
• Optimize the customer buying journey by creating targeted content that delivers value at each stage and improves sales conversion rates
• Partner with R&D, product management, and sales engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions
• Create high-quality sales collateral that enables the global sales organization to communicate value consistently
• Develop and present product webinars for relevant audiences, coordinating with internal and external subject-matter experts
• Drive analyst and influencer engagement, identifying priority research opportunities and building relationships with industry analysts
• Work directly with executive leadership to educate and engage industry analysts and research firms
• Execute with excellence across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, bringing together stakeholders with a collaborative mindset

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments, supporting mid-market and enterprise customers
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance organizations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
• Proven track record of owning and successfully delivering at least three product or service launches
• Hands-on experience in technology product marketing, analyst relations, or public relations, with ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences and create compelling content
• Fluent in English
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to embrace AI as a productivity catalyst
