Event Production & Client Success Manager

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential media and events organization in their search for an Event Production & Client Success Manager. This remote role combines high-volume event logistics with sponsor relationship management, serving a fast-growing conference calendar across North America.

The position requires regular travel to support live events while maintaining sponsor relationships and production workflows remotely. You'll manage multiple concurrent events at different planning stages, owning everything from vendor contracts and A/V coordination to client deliverables and post-event wrap-ups.

Responsibilities

Event Production:

• Run full production process for assigned conferences from 180-day planning milestone through post-event completion
• Create detailed run-of-show schedules and venue layouts, managing capacity against content and attendance
• Manage A/V teams on visual and audio production requirements, reviewing orders line by line as content evolves
• Oversee rental orders, vendor requirements, and coordinate temporary event staff
• Own vendor contracts across venues, catering, A/V, rentals, video, and photography, including deadlines and insurance certificates
• Manage catering selections and final guarantees, comparing actuals against projections
• Build and maintain event budgets from signed contracts and estimates, tracking costs as scope changes
• Coordinate badge, program, and signage orders against deadlines, managing shipping and staff travel
• Produce virtual events on platforms such as Zoom, setting up templates and managing schedules

Client Success:

• Serve as point of contact for assigned sponsors on event logistics
• Administer all sponsor deliverables including advance materials, display shipping, and presentation media
• Assign sponsor table locations and confirm registrations against production plans
• Conduct post-event feedback calls and contribute to renewal and satisfaction metrics

What We're Looking For

• 4-year college or university degree required
• Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation
• Direct experience producing complex events such as corporate events, conferences, trade shows, festivals, or executive gatherings where you were accountable for execution
• Experience serving as named point of contact for external clients, sponsors, or partners
• Previous in-house corporate experience in any function (our client's sponsors are corporate leaders, and familiarity with that environment is essential)
• Track record managing multiple concurrent events against fixed deadlines, owning budgets and vendor contracts
• Comfort with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday as a daily tool
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Willingness to travel regularly for events
• Availability to meet with stakeholders in or near the greater Toronto area if requested

Pay

This is a full-time salaried position. Pay via Get A Job.ai: $75,000 CAD per year, with opportunities for regular advancement and raises.
